Located in Portland, Oregon, Kashi Clinical Laboratories (KCL) provides diagnostic testing to hospitals and clinics throughout the world. We are currently seeking a Client Service Support Specialist to join our team.
The Client Service Support Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company; answering and managing phone calls and emails from customers, medical providers, and lab staff; participating in meetings with the management team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products and services. The job requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly understand the processes related to all facets of lab testing and specimen collection. The ideal candidate must be able to provide clear communications to lab staff, referral labs, patients and customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or a customer’s questions
- Investigating and resolving complex issues that may have a possible impact on patient care
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
- Administrative duties such as filing, shipping and document management
