Job Title : Altium, PLM Administrator
Job Overview :
The client is integrating Altium into its existing PLM system, Teamcenter, to improve electronic component forecasting. This role is primarily an IT support and training position, not a design role. The Altium, PLM Administrator will play a key role in supporting this integration, training users, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the integration of Altium into Teamcenter for improved BOM management and electronic component forecasting.
- Work within Altium and Teamcenter to support and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Train engineers and users on installing, working with, and maintaining Altium within the PLM system.
- Support onboarding of new users and address their technical concerns.
- Field tickets related to Altium and Teamcenter integration, providing timely resolutions.
- Provide technical support, issue resolution, and training to over 5,000 PLM users.
- Travel to the client's Wisconsin location 2-4 times per year for in-person support and training (expenses covered).
