What are the responsibilities and job description for the Embedded Engineer position at Kasmo Global?
Austin, TX (first two weeks remote to get acclimated with the project)

Duties :
Programming embedded controls in Matlab Simulink on a truck
Qualifications
Min Requirements :
- Model based development using Matlab Simulink
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Raptor tool chain or Open Ecu or others
- Working knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN / J1939
- Experience with communication and calibration tools such as Vector CanAlyzer or other similar tools
- Capable of understanding of wiring diagrams and other electrical engineering artifacts and providing review comments
- Previously implemented key functionalities such as Cooling, Propulsion system, vehicle accessories control
- Experience with on vehicle testing / debugging and performing calibration of various vehicle functions
