Location: Direct Hire – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon-Fri)
Competitive Hourly Rate 8% Shift Premium Overtime (1.5x Pay)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our team. This role requires expertise in machine repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production operations. Candidates must have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, along with hands-on experience in industrial equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Repair and replace defective machinery parts using hand and power tools.
✔ Perform preventive maintenance on machines and building systems.
✔ Inspect and maintain drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels.
✔ Utilize a variety of tools including wrenches, drills, hoists, and precision instruments.
✔ Install, repair, and maintain wiring, electrical components, pipe systems, and plumbing.
✔ Diagnose machine malfunctions and conduct necessary repairs.
✔ Record and track maintenance and repair costs.
✔ Dismantle and reassemble industrial machinery as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance in an industrial setting.
✅ High school diploma or GED required.
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Hands-on experience with machine tools, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
✅ Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
✅ Team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Additional Info:

Weekend overtime may be required (rotating schedule).
Non-local candidates accepted (must cover own relocation expenses).
