Industrial Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)
Location: Whitakers, NC (On-Site)
Shift: 6 PM - 6:30 AM (Rotating Schedule)

Long Week:
- Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6 PM - 6:30 AM)
Short Week:
- Tuesday, Wednesday (6 PM - 6:30 AM)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Whitakers, NC. This role is responsible for performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
✅ Work with chains, rollers, drives, pumps, and motors for installation, repair, and replacement.
✅ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in industrial machinery.
✅ Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
✅ Take initiative and demonstrate a strong work ethic in a hands-on environment.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
✔ , rebuilding drives, and working with chains/rollers*.
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills for pumps, motors, and drive systems.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
✔ Willingness to learn and take initiative.*
Education:
College degree or technical equivalent required.
