Description -
- 5-6 years of Design and implement cloud pages, customer journeys, marketing automation, and omni channel communication in SFMC.
- Solid experience in design and development of Email templates / HTML / CSS and integration.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Check and monitor the campaign delivery
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign build
- Plan the training and grooming of the team
- Coordinate with other teams to align technical efforts with campaign objectives
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and support
- Oversee the development of campaign technologies, subscription list process
- Providing training to the new joiners
- Quarterly basis suggesting best practices and recommendations
- Address any issues / concerns related to Journey, Automation, Queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the campaign build.
