What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Kasmo Global?
This role requires the following experience :
- Certified Scrum Master (highly preferred)
- Ability to manage delivery and agile / scrum activities for at least two (2) small / medium pod
- Experience in Agile project management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
- Experience leading projects with an onshore / offshore team model
- Demonstrated ability to resolve team conflicts, remove roadblocks and communicate appropriately to ensure a team's success
- Experience managing large projects with multiple work streams in various stages of development
- Knowledge of SDLC and demonstrated experience employing SDLC in aspects of the project management process
