- Strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations

- Deep expertise in Service and Sales cloud of Salesforce
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on Salesforce features and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, proactively recommending improvements and enhancements in existing solutions
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
