Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst II to join our team in Ladson, SC. This is a fully onsite role with hours from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (latest start time: 8:00 AM). As a data-driven analyst, you will serve as the right-hand person to the hiring manager, focusing on root cause analysis and supply chain optimization. The role also involves project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory, logistics, throughput time, on-time delivery, and other supply chain KPIs to drive business decisions.
- Generate and distribute reports, model data, and interpret trends to enhance supply chain performance.
- Identify root causes of supply chain inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with third-party supply chain and technology partners to collect and analyze data.
- Assist with financial assessments, including transportation and warehouse spend.
- Develop and document process improvements to optimize supply chain operations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Data analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Inventory control experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Financial experience (preferred, but not required)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance (preferred).
- Candidates without a degree should have relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or an analytical role.
- APICS or logistics certifications are a plus.
Interview Process:
- Round 1: 30-minute onsite interview
- Round 2: 60-minute interview
