Position Details
Job Title: Diesel Technician (Advanced Level)
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite – Shop Based)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5 OT hours weekly)

Role Overview:
We are seeking 3 Advanced Diesel Technicians to join our Distribution team. You’ll perform complex engine repairs/overhauls in-shop, mentor junior technicians, and ensure compliance with Cummins safety and diagnostic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced engine repairs/rebuilds (internal engine, aftertreatment, fuel/air systems) with minimal diagnostic tool reliance.
- Conduct maintenance using Cummins tools (Insite, QSOL, Guidanz) and maintain detailed service records.
- Adhere to FTA drug testing and Cummins HSE policies.
- Mentor junior technicians and pursue ongoing Cummins certifications.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of overhaul experience (medium/heavy-duty: RVs, buses, construction machinery, ships, trains).
- Cummins certifications preferred (Apprentice Trained Engine Technician).
- Advanced electrical/mechanical proficiency (engine rebuilds, diagnostics).
- Clean 5-year MVR, valid license, and 2 years driving experience.
