Salary: Based on experience 8% shift premium, 1.5x overtime

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced CTP Maintenance Technicians to join our team on 3rd shift. As a skilled technician, you will perform maintenance and repair work on machines, mechanical equipment, and structures. Duties include preventive maintenance, diagnosing malfunctions, and performing necessary repairs using various tools and instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machinery
- Inspect motors, belts, and fluid levels; replace filters and perform other maintenance tasks
- Assemble, install, and repair wiring, electrical components, pipe systems, and equipment
- Document maintenance and repair work including costs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of machines, tools, raw materials, and production processes
Please Note: Overtime, including weekend shifts, is common. Candidates are responsible for relocation costs.
