The Opportunity Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated detailed oriented team member for the Project Coordinator position!
As a Project Coordinator, you will serve by assisting our Construction and Residential leadership team with organizing, communicating, and developing project activities. This role is critical in assuring projects are following our best practices from bid to completion. In this role you will interact and support our constructional/residential division, accounting, human resources, contractors, vendors, and multiple municipalities.
Ideal Candidates: Construction Project Coordinator
- Enjoy serving a diverse results-oriented team
- Have general knowledge of construction processes to include NOC, COR, Schedule of Values, RFIs, submittals
- Coordinate PO, Package releases and various job site orders
- Are familiar with Municipality protocol for permitting and inspections
- Understand construction scheduling, billing, documenting, and reporting
- Can process close out documents to include builders notice, warranty letter, O & Ms and certificates
- Excellent with Microsoft 365
Exceptional Candidates: Construction Project Coordinator
- Are gurus of the above experiences and are highly organized
- Have 3 or more years of experience in a similar role
- Love bringing innovative solutions to light
- Strong sense of urgency and follow up

Construction Project Coordinator Salary Range:
30 To 35 Per Hour
