The Opportunity Electrician Residential Foreman
We are seeking an engaging, detail-oriented team member for the Electrician Residential Foreman position.
As an Electrician Residential Foreman, you will lead residential electrical projects, working closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and electricians in the field. Your role is critical in planning, mapping, and executing projects with a high standard of excellence. You will provide leadership, maintain job site efficiency, and positively influence your teams work ethic and attitude.
Ideal Candidates Electrician Residential Foreman
- Task-focused and able to create and execute a pathway to success on the job site
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues accurately and efficiently
- Effective communicator with electricians and general contractors
- In-depth knowledge of NEC electrical code
- Able to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work on scaffolding
- Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with an insurable driving record
- Minimum two years of experience running residential projects of comparable size
- Detail-oriented with strong tracking of materials and hours used
- Prioritize safety as a top concern
Exceptional Candidates Electrician Residential Foreman
- Have five or more years of experience running residential electrical projects
- Can plan, implement, and meet project timelines effectively
- Bring innovative solutions to improve efficiency
- Demonstrate strong urgency and follow-up skills

Electrician Residential Foreman Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $30-$38 per hour
