Finish Carpenter Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team in a cool, air-conditioned warehouse environment. Experience in finish carpentry is preferred, and any background in entertainment or theater carpentry is a definite plus. The ideal Finish Carpenter will thrive in a dynamic setting, bringing precision and creativity to each project. This role requires working with exact measurements in millimeters , ensuring the finest level of detail in all finish carpentry work.

Finish Carpenter Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a similar role
Proficiency in finish carpentry techniques, with a focus on precision work in millimeters
Knowledge of various wood types and related materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications for finish carpentry projects
Strong attention to detail to deliver exceptional finish carpenter results
CNC Machine Experience

Finish Carpenter Responsibilities :

Bring creative ideas to life for shows, expos, and special projects as a Finish Carpenter

Measure, cut, and shape wood and materials with extreme accuracy using millimeter-based measurements

Collaborate with contractors, fellow Finish Carpenters , and team members to complete projects on time

Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition for all finish carpenter tasks

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols at all times in a Finish Carpenter capacity

Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient to support fine finish carpentry work

Finish Carpenter Additional Requirements :

Ability to work efficiently in a cool, air-conditioned warehouse setting

Willingness to collaborate and contribute as part of a Finish Carpenter team

Strong communication skills to coordinate finish carpentry projects effectively

Physical dexterity, stamina, and focus for performing exact, detailed finish carpenter work

Finish Carpenter Job Details :

Position : Finish Carpenter (1099 Subcontractor)

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule : Day shift, Monday to Friday

Hours : 40 hours guaranteed per week, with 10 hours of overtime available

Precision Work : Fine finish carpentry requiring measurements in millimeters

Work Environment : Cool, air-conditioned warehouse setting
