Job Summary:
The Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager is a critical member of our team, responsible for managing and coordinating all assigned accounts and bonds. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts, analyzing their adequacy and ensuring proper coverage
- Solicit business from potential clients, complete sales, and route documents for processing
- Market the account and review marketing placements
- Build long-term advisory relationships with clients, manage claims, and related issues
- Review upcoming renewals 120 days in advance and set the course of action by scheduling team renewal meetings monthly
- Identify cross-selling opportunities, expand and round out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage
- Keep the team informed of carrier appetites and pricing changes, attend carrier meetings, and disseminate information
- Ensure all terms and conditions of insurance policies are properly prepared
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: State Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Computer skills required: Applied Systems Epic Online Database software, Microsoft Office Suite
