Responsibilities
- Execute and troubleshoot high-throughput analytical methods, including capillary electrophoresis, chromatography (HPLC/UPLC), and spectroscopy, to support biologic molecule development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in cell line, cell culture, and purification development.
- Contribute to method development and qualification, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) and support data management through laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- (Optional) Operate and program robotic liquid handlers and explore opportunities for data automation to enhance workflows.
- B.S. or M.S. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of industry or academia experience.
- Experience with analytical instruments including HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis or mass spectrometry.
- Experience with electronic notebook (ELN), lab information management system (LIMS), robotic liquid handler or data automation is a plus.
