- Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences is hiring entry level candidates for several positions for contract research in Clinical trials of drugs, biologics and medical devices.
- We have a few immediate job opportunities available in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Research field. We work with University hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and recruiting partners.
Responsibilities:
- Individual will be responsible for small and large team meeting planning, scheduling, facilitation and organization (virtual and in-person events, often for large and/or senior audiences), stakeholder management, collaboration with Business Services Group (BSG) for event planning and execution, vendor engagement, and logistical support.
- Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leaders. Project management and leadership skills are required. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Should have the ability to troubleshoot and work independently across a broad stakeholder audience including scientists, physicians, project managers, senior leaders and executives
- Candidate will be responsible for drafting key communications for Pathway to Cures initiatives, stakeholder management across various R&D and enterprise functions, SharePoint site design and management, slide creation and formatting, and collaboration with the AbbVie Business Services Group (BSG).
- The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and must be proficient in website design and implementation. The ideal candidate will be at least moderately proficient with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
- Bachelor’s degree (PMP Certification is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or communications.
- Familiarity with the drug discovery and development process and at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Project management expertise, including meeting/event organization and execution, stakeholder management, collaboration and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leaders/executives and large, diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with a high level of detail across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience with SharePoint website design and management (Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus).
