Responsibilities
- Develop automation code within DeltaV (Control Modules, Equipment Modules, Phases, Recipes).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software errors within the DeltaV system.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Assist in planning, organizing, monitoring, and overseeing all phases of test automation.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper requirements gathering.
- Develop familiarity with client manufacturing DeltaV system standards.
- 6 years of DeltaV experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Strong process automation experience within DeltaV, including commissioning and qualification.
- Familiarity with ISA 88, GAMP, and cGAMP.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and test automation.
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMI, APIs, and SQL software is a plus.
