Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and configure Veeva Vault QMS applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
