Responsibilities : As a Clinical Data Management Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues and vendors to support Gilead's business objectives by ensuring the accurate and timely acquisition of diverse clinical data through efficient CRF / eCRF design, edit specifications, and query resolution processes. Individuals on management track will be increasingly widening their interactions with, and impact upon the Clinical Data Science department and other Dev Ops functional areas, while gaining experience managing the progress and success of their direct reports. Individuals on a management or technical track will have more responsibility than that of a Sr CDA. May be responsible for an expert group within the department. Laboratory Data, PK Data and / or may have substantial responsibility for the management of outside vendors. Assists with data management activities for regulatory submissions. Participates in CDM organizational improvement discussions. Acts as consultant to study management teams with respect to data management risks and issue management. Develop Talent - understand the skills, experience, aspirations and potential of their employees and coach them on current performance and future potential.Requirements : Basic Qualifications High School Degree and Eleven Years Experience OR associate's degree and Nine Years Experience or bachelor's degree and Seven Years Experience or Master's Degree and Five Years Experience Key Skills This role serves as a transitional position for individuals on a management track or a technical track without direct reports. Understands the implications of conducting moderately complex studies outside of the United States.
