About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Process Improvement Expert to join our team at Katalyst HealthCares and Life Sciences. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change to increase efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and six sigma, with experience in analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- ANALYZE PRODUCTION PROCESSES TO IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE PROJECTS TO DRIVE EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY.
- COLLBORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION.
- MONITOR AND ANALYZE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) TO MEASURE PROGRESS AND SUCCESS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A FAST-PACED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS.
- FAMILIARITY WITH LEAN MANUFACTURING AND SIX SIGMA.
- STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS WITH ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH ABILITY TO PRESENT DATA-DRIVEN RESULTS TO VARIOUS AUDIENCES.
