What are the responsibilities and job description for the CQV Engineer position at Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences?
Roles and responsibilities:
- Experience in Pharma or Med device.
- Previous experience as a CQV Engineer in the Pharmaceutical or Med Device production environment, to include.
- Performing Risk Assessments by assessing machinery for potential failure modes/quality issues and then writing reports and procedures.
- Commissioning and qualifying automated manufacturing equipment.
- Knowing what a human machine interface is, what a PLC controlled system looks like, how an operator would log into a machine to use it.
- Investigation of deviations and CAPAs.
