What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labware LIMS Application Support Lead position at Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences?
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for all LIMS applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
- Ensuring 100% SLA adherence.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, inventory, and follow-up actions in the help desk system.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in understanding and effectively using computer applications.
- Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
- Development (Customization) and Configuration of LabWare LIMS.
- Database design and object-oriented design (OOD) concepts.
- Instrument integration, System integration and API development / integration.
- Development using VB .Net, C# .Net, SQL Server or Oracle server and Azure.
- Knowledgeable in Web Service (REST / SOAP).
- Should be flexible to work on Customer proprietary tools, technologies, and framework.
- Should possess excellent communication skills and client management skills.
- LIMS admin 1 certification preferred.
