Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences is seeking a highly experienced Lead Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a Lead Statistical Programmer, you will lead programming efforts for drug development programs or for assigned client clusters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming languages such as SAS, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining SOPs, guidelines, and good working practices, participating in statistical programming project bidding or bid defense meetings, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement statistical programming standards and guidelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of statistical programming deliverables.
- Maintain and improve existing programming processes and tools.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
The successful candidate will have an M.Sc., M.A., or higher degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a relevant field. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members.
