Responsibilities :

  • Looking for an experienced senior lawyer with current corporate in-house experience.
  • Has experience working in a pharmaceutical corporate environment.
  • Has good experience with regulatory, distribution, supply, commercial and payer agreements, CRO's and clinical trial experience.
  • Would really like someone with strong supply and distribution agreement experience.
  • Broad pharma expert would be a plus.

Requirement :

  • Requires 10 or more years' corporate legal experience at a top law firm or in an in-house corporate legal department.
  • Undergraduate and Law degrees; admission to State Bar.
  • Senior in-house corporate law attorney with current experience.
  • Must have experience as an attorney in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • The focus of this contractor will be on contracts so strong contracting experience specifically in areas involving clinical trials and commercial.
