Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate, timely information.
- Utilize financial expertise to anticipate client needs, offering tailored solutions and proactive service.
- Ensure the accurate execution of financial transactions, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors and other Client Service Associates to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain comprehensive client records while upholding strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Preferred: Minimum of eight years of experience in financial services or a related client service role.
- Preferred: Holds applicable financial services licensing (but willing to train the right candidate).
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring all client needs are met with precision and care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $88,000 (commensurate with level of experience and licensing).
