What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Katapult Network?
We are currently recruiting a business professional to join a growing company as an Account Manager . This person will have a blended role of account management and sales support on a newly created personal lines account team.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager :
- Resolve complex customer service problems directly and act as day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Take lead on designated renewals : prepare, collect and review competitive proposals, prepare renewal presentation illustrating market offerings and present to lead agent
- Compose business correspondence for supervisors, managers and professionals
- Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices, and prepare invoices for returned goods
- Generate client interest in additional lines of coverage and cross serving opportunities
- Process, prepare, and submit applications for coverage to insurance carriers
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and / or arrange for billing
- Conduct client meetings as needed and support client service team members
- Transcribe data to worksheets and enter data into computer for use in preparing documents and adjusting accounts
