Job Summary

Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including brewing options and daily specials.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently, including processing payments and managing tips.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fine dining setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
