Kate & Co. is looking for a Content Creator/Brand Manager based in the Philadelphia area who has a proven work history in overseeing all aspects of a company’s brand image, developing and executing marketing strategies to maintain brand consistency across all channels, analyzing consumer trends, and ensuring the brand resonates with its target audience, ultimately aiming to increase visibility and strengthen brand loyalty through strategic campaigns and initiatives.
Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Critical thinker who can assist with developing and implementing communications plans
• Skilled at remaining organized and balancing multiple projects at the same time
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Strong capacity to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating and posting content to social media channels, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Up-to-the-minute knowledge of social media best practices
• Graphic, web design, and video editing experience a plus
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Work as part of a collaborative team on large-scale communications plans, projects, and initiatives.
• Strategize, craft, and execute social media campaigns for clients; create content and draft top copy.
• Assist in management of client accounts with other members of the Kate & Co. team.
• Research and monitor the latest news and media reports relevant to clients and firm.
• Maintain day-to-day creation, management, and posting of client digital and social campaigns via Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
• Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter.
• Monitor social channels, manage community engagement.
• Track campaign performance through metrics and data analysis and report.
• Oversee production of client assets; work with designers on content creation, manage client edits, develop and meet deadlines.
• Periodic travel to client meetings, events, and conferences for content capture.
