Location : GRITR - North Richland Hills, TX

Schedule : Full-Time, M-F 8-4 (8-hour shifts with flexible scheduling)

Compensation : Starting at $21 / hour, comprehensive benefits package

Please note, this role is hands-on and in-person, with no remote work options)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a talented Content / Media Specialist to join our team and bring our brand to life through stunning visuals and creative content. This is a hands-on, in-person role that emphasizes photography, videography, editing, and design to elevate our marketing campaigns, product listings, and overall brand presence.

What You’ll Do :

Content Creation & Visuals

Capture high-quality photos, including lifestyle and white-background shots, for product listings
Shoot and edit engaging videos for promotions, product demonstrations, and social media campaigns
Create simple animations to enhance video content and marketing materials
Design visually appealing content for digital and print media (e.g., banners, social posts, and signage)
Develop product renderings to support private label projects

Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts

Manage and organize digital assets for streamlined workflows

Contribute to cohesive brand styling across platforms and campaigns

Execution & Analytics

Ensure all projects meet deadlines with top-quality output

Stay ahead of trends in photography, videography, and content creation to keep our brand competitive

Who You Are :

Creative & Skilled : Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing (portfolio required)

Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)

Detail-Oriented : Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and editing techniques

Collaborative : A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment

Passionate : Enthusiastic about storytelling, design, and delivering visually stunning content

You meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, with a preference for candidates over 21

You are authorized to work in the United States and possess the legal capacity to handle firearms

While comfort and familiarity with firearms are preferred, your willingness to undergo training if necessary speaks volumes

You are willing to complete background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process
