Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible hours)((20 hrs or less a week) (weekdays/ occasional weekend)

Compensation: Starting at $19/hour, with company benefits (employee discounts, free range use, direct deposit) (Health insurance options available with full-time position)

About the Role:

We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable female on-screen talent to be the face of GRITR. In this role, you will help bring our brand to life through engaging video content, product demonstrations, tutorials, and more. Your role will also include content creation for social media and marketing initiatives. This position offers flexibility with part-time hours and the potential to grow into a full-time position. Firearm training will be provided for the right candidate, although familiarity with firearms and outdoor activities is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation & On-Screen Presence

• Create high-quality video content, including product introductions, reviews, and how-to tutorials
• Serve as the on-screen talent for engaging with our audience, advocating for responsible gun ownership and the outdoor lifestyle
• Engage with customers through social media videos, training content, and product demonstrations
• Capture and create content for product listings and marketing campaigns, collaborating with the content team
  
  

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
• Collaborate with influencers and other brands to expand our reach and impact
• Attend events, trade shows, and expeditions, representing GRITR’s brand in person
  
  

Execution & Engagement

• Maintain a flexible schedule for filming and participation in events
• Provide feedback from the community and share insights on emerging trends
• Be proactive in representing the brand’s ethos with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity
  
  

Who You Are:

• Creative & Engaging: Comfortable on camera with a natural, engaging presence
• Passionate: A genuine interest in firearms and outdoor activities is a plus (training provided if necessary)
• Strong Communicator: Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences and creating engaging content
• Collaborative: Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with basic content creation and social media platforms
• Reliable: Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend, to meet project and event needs
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in on-screen talent or content creation is preferred but not required
• Comfortable handling firearms and advocating for responsible gun ownership (training can be provided)
• Ability to travel for events, trade shows, and collaborations as needed
• You are willing to complete background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, with a preference for candidates over 21
• You are authorized to work in the United States and possess the legal capacity to handle firearms
