About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Designer / Product Development Specialist to join our growing Private Label team. This hybrid role combines industrial design, 3D modeling, product development, and vendor collaboration to bring innovative outdoor and tactical products to life. You’ll be involved in everything from concept sketching and 3D visualization to working with manufacturers, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing sourcing efforts.
If you have experience with overseas sourcing or translation skills, that’s a plus! Many of our products are manufactured internationally, and the ability to communicate effectively with global partners is highly valuable.

âś… Bonus: Experience in overseas sourcing, supplier negotiations, or translation for international business.
Preferred Experience:
Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar).
Experience with 3D modeling & animation tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar).
Familiarity with 3D printing, prototyping, and industrial design principles.
Background in product development, animation, or industrial design.
Experience working with manufacturers and product sourcing, especially overseas.
Fluency in a second language for international communication is a plus.
Interest in outdoor and tactical gear; familiarity with firearms is a plus (training provided as needed).

What You’ll Do:
- Product Design & 3D Visualization
- Create concept sketches, detailed 3D models, and technical drawings for new product designs
- Develop high-quality 3D renderings and animations to showcase products for e-commerce, marketing, and prototyping
- Utilize 3D printing and CAD software to refine and test prototypes before mass production
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and develop innovative, functional, and visually appealing products
- Product Development & Sourcing
- Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to develop private label products from concept to production
- Review and refine prototypes, ensuring functionality, durability, and compliance with quality standards
- Oversee project timelines and vendor communications to ensure efficient product launches
- Assist in creating technical documentation, including product specifications and manufacturing guidelines
- If applicable, leverage overseas sourcing experience to optimize supply chain processes and maintain quality standards
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with marketing, photography, and e-commerce teams to create engaging product presentations
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination in product development
- Support product launches with high-quality visual assets, marketing materials, and detailed product descriptions
