Line- Prep

Katharos @ Orchard Hills Country Club is looking for several line-prep candidates to join our strong team. We are located at 2841 Niles—Buchanan Rd, Buchanan, MI. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Demonstrate exemplary guest service at all time *Prepare and set out ingredients to be used throughout the day *Manage stock of accessible ingredients *Prep daily lunch and dinner ingredients *Assist on the line during the lunch and dinner rush *Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom *Flexible with learning daily kitchen skills *Maintain health and safety guidelines *Date and rotate all food products coming in and going out to maintain a clean and orderly cooler and freezer. *Efficiently work with team members toward one goal

Qualifications

*Experience working as prep or similar role *Great attention to detail *Ability to multitask effectively *Strong verbal communication skills *Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance for the duration of work shift *Report for the assigned shift at the expected time, clock in at the beginning of the change, and clock out when the shift is completed *Encourage teamwork with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $18.00/hour.
