Do YOU Qualify?
- Previous Long-Term Care Experience
- Must have LPN License at least, RN preferred
- Prior experience with wound care, PCC, skin and wound portal, and infection prevention.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- The most basic responsibility is to ensure that team members are adhering to the facility's dedication to promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
- Normal work hours will be Monday - Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. You will be required to be in the on-call rotation with the other nurse managers which will require weekends/holidays/nights occasionally
- Participate in weekly meetings; such as IDT, Morning meetings, and any other meetings required by the ADMIN, DON, or ADON.
- Perform hall manager duties for your assigned hall by conducting daily rounds and following up on all 24-hour reports.
