Seeking experienced medical receptionist or certified medical assistant for part-time front desk/reception work in an integrative/functional medical and acupuncture office.
Responsibilities include answering the phone, making appointments, ordering supplements, checking people out, using Quickbooks and electronic medical record, and end of day deposits.
The job includes initial training up to 4 days/week and then 2 days/week plus PRN coverage up to 4 days/week covering for vacations and illnesses.
No weekends or overnight shifts. Work hours consist of Wednesday and Thursday 8:15 AM- 5:15 PM. Out for one hour lunch daily. (For PRN if covering first-in staff member-hours 7:15-4:15) May also cover Mon and Tuesday for prn. Office closed on Fridays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
