What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Professional-Terminal Full Benefits position at Kati Wells CBT, LLC?
Mental Health Professional (LPC/LCSW) to provide psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults. Candidate must have general knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or third wave approaches such as ACT and DBT. Preferred experience in TF-CBT or CPT (our clinic does not currently have a need for EMDR). Our clinic will also provide training in these areas if needed. This is a salaried, W2 position with full benefits including low deductible Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, paid time off, paid training/CE requirements, and 401k. Our clinic is designed for providers to be supported and cared for, emphasizing a team approach with administrative and clinical success. The overall wellness of our providers is of extreme importance. Our clinic operates in a way that providers are not over-extended or vulnerable to the negative impact of the difficult work mental health professionals do.
