- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Connect customers to the claims team and follow up on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Assist Account Representatives as needed
- Attend community events to market the agency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
