We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and organizing documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is motivated and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage filing systems and databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
- Computer skills: 3 years (Required)
