MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other technical degree.
- Ten (10) years’ experience as a Federal Director, Federal Project Director/Manager, Federal Executive, or commensurate level private sector senior leadership role.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S. citizenship required).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Demonstrated ability to work and lead in a collaborative Federal-Contractor partnership approach.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop written documents and presentations suitable for use with senior Federal executives and external Stakeholders.
- Working level knowledge of Hanford Site mission, activities, and priorities.
- Working level knowledge of DOE Hanford processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication responsiveness and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in all interactions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of seeing up close and sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Pay: $120,000-$185,000/annually
