Job Description: Katoen Natie’s Learning Management System Coordinator must possess a thorough knowledge of technical proficiency with regards to content data management, understanding instructional design principles, and excellent communication skills. The candidate is responsible for the support, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of resources used for instructional purposes and digital learning experiences. The LMS Coordinator will be the primary system administrator for the learning management system (LMS) while overseeing the installation and adequate use of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software affiliated within the LMS.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business Administration or similar field of study.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Willingness to travel internationally but not required.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office.
• Effective communicator with strong oral and written skills.
• Detail oriented with high level of problem-solving ability.
• Extremely organized possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt to change and learn new systematic releases with ease.
• The ability to manage and meet deadlines proficiently.
• Must be enterprising, diplomatic, and proactive.
• Must possess the skills to provide quality service including the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner within diversified situations.
• Possess the ability to perform assigned work tasks with little or no supervision.
Requirements:
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language; Spanish strongly preferred.
• Mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
• Punctuality is a must; be on time and ready to work at the start of shift.
• Perform various tasks in assistance and in support of the KTN organization.
• Be willing to work other than normal scheduled hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays according to the needs of the business.
• Provide immediate response to problems and emergency situations affecting normal operations.
• Solve basic systematic issues investigating and seeking solutions to complex issues.
• In conjunction with operations and other departments, document LMS configurations, procedures, training programs and workflow diagrams.
• Give individual or group instruction to users upon request.
• Run applicable reports as needed reflecting LMS usage.
• Review and improve systematic practices by end users.
• Maintain communication on relevant corporate programs and certifications for appropriate audiences.
• Review system performance continually.
• Maintain communication with end users according to the needs of the region.
• Facilitate adjustments to existing or new programs, certifications, reports, and any other structural part of the system, while ensuring each site maintains control over training roadmaps and expectations.
• Participates in calls and meetings regarding system development, representing the region’s interests.
• Communicates relevant changes, updates, or other relevant updates regarding LMS.
• Drives LMS implementations according to the needs of the Company.
• Maintains and keeps the USMCA LMS Coordinator CIP up to date.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
• Wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and follow/execute all safety procedures/rules as outlined in the KTN Safety Manual and OSHA regulations.
• Possess a high standard of quality.
• Thorough knowledge of all procedures, instructions, and documents of the Katoen Natie Quality Manual relevant to the department and facility.
