Duties
- Oversee front desk operations, including and managing phone systems to maintain professional communication.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires to enhance their skills and integrate them into the team effectively.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars for management staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with training development practices is a plus.
