Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional phone etiquette, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves managing administrative tasks, and implementing efficient office procedures.

Duties

  • Oversee front desk operations, including and managing phone systems to maintain professional communication.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires to enhance their skills and integrate them into the team effectively.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars for management staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with payroll processing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with training development practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in using office software and phone systems to streamline operations.
