What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver Montevallo position at Kats Delivery?
KATs was founded in 2014 and was the recipient of the 2019 Shelby County Small business of the year and a finalist for the Business Council of Alabama Small Business of the year award. Our goal is to provide opportunities for large commissions, strong relationships, and a platform where you are family. We have multiple delivery opportunities available: Catering , On-demand delivery and grocery delivery so you can earn more with KATs than other gig economy platforms.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Drive clean personal vehicle to deliver food to customers
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule
- Load and unload food to be delivered
- Complete logs and reports
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid Alabama DL (at least two years)
- Safe driving record
- Vehicle and basic liability insurance
- Good verbal English and customer service skills
- Smartphone (iOS or Android) with internet plan
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
