What are the responsibilities and job description for the MetroLink Station Attendant position at Katsam, LLC?
We're a property maintenance contractor in need of a Station Attendant for the MetroLink. Cleaning duties will be accomplished at multiple stations throughout the shift. The duties include policing for trash and debris, track bed cleaning, hosing, glass cleaning, restroom cleaning and stocking.
FULL TIME with overtime opportunities, this position is year-round. Day shifts and Evening Shifts
Starting pay: $15.00/hour depending on experience
Job requirements include:
- Must pass Metro Tier training (FREE TO ATTEND)
- You must be drug free (all employees are tested that includes marijuana)
- Attention to detail and cleanliness, and ability to complete paperwork
Job duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks at assigned stations.
- Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored, submit issues to maintenance department.
- Report job site issues and opportunities for the customer
