As the Chief of Staff / VP of Operations, you will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive the company's operational strategy, ensuring alignment across different functional areas and spearheading special projects. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our operating system and advancing our mission.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the company's daily operational processes and ensure goals are clear and aligned across the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Serve as a key strategic advisor, helping set and track company goals, facilitating special operations projects, and ensuring actionable KPIs are understood and achieved.
- Performance Management: Maintain and analyze key performance indicators, driving accountability and continuous improvement across all functions.
- Sales & Marketing Oversight: Track and support sales and marketing activities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Financial & KPI Analysis: Assist in Financial and KPI trend and variance analysis to optimize operational & financial performance and execute on strategic initiatives.
- Leadership and Impact: Directly influence the operational success and strategic direction of a growing company.
