Night Shift Supervisor

Seeking dependable and responsible night shift leaders!

Starting Salary range: $45,000 - $48,000 Annual

Benefits package includes medical/dental, vacation time, 6 paid holidays, and 401(k) plan, and opportunities for BONUS pay.

We're a property maintenance contractor in need of a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee our parking lot sweepers and pressure washing crews. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

As The Supervisor, Your Tasks Will Be

• Ensure employees have arrived to work and assign vehicles and routes to each.
• Assist employees with any equipment troubleshooting issues at shift start and throughout the night.
• Track and monitor each employee’s progress through the shift and ensure they perform their job duties.
• Inspect properties for quality. Praise good performance and coach employees that need to improve.
• Ensure all employees complete their route in a reasonable time, reassigning work as needed.
• Ensure employees fuel, clean, and store equipment at the end of the shift properly and in a timely manner.
  
  

Our sweeper operators and pressure washers work outdoors with some exposure to noise, vibrations, dust, darkness, traffic conditions, and all weather conditions.

Job Requirements Include

• Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record ( minimum 3 years driving experience).
• Valid DOT physical is required before start date
• You must be drug free (all employees are tested that includes marijuana)
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Possess a good knowledge of all major roads and highways in the St. Louis metro area.
• Ability to work overnight hours in all weather conditions.
