Operations/Executive Support Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy, self-starter to join our fast-growing financial services team as an Operations Support Assistant. This will be a full-time position located in our Troy, Ohio office.

Job Duties:

Work closely with the Operations Team on the following, but not limited to:

· Assist with onboarding new employees and practices, including Human Resources and marketing efforts surrounding these two onboarding needs

· Assist with ongoing marketing materials and promotional items needs

· Support admin staff with ordering client and practice items

· Help manage compliance needs

· CRM system maintenance

· Manage local office supply procurement

· Compile and share various business reports

· Help to coordinate solutions on escalated operational issues

· Assist in managing Executive Team member schedules

Ideal Experience Level:

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills desired; especially with Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Ability to objectively analyze processes/procedures and provide suggestions on ways to improve their efficiency and effectiveness

· Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills are necessary

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment and be a self-starter

· Ability to adapt/handle change well as we grow

· Open minded

· Experience with/understands professional office/workplace etiquette

· No financial industry experience required

· Job requires physical presence in the office(s)

· Strong communication skills
