LPN/RN Charge Nurse Day and Night Shift

Shift:

6:45am - 7:15pm

6:45pm - 7:15am

Part-time/PRN shifts available

LPN base pay $27.00 (increases with experience)

RN base pay $34.00 (increases with experience)

$3.00 night shift differential plus

$2.00 weekend shift differential (Saturday and Sunday - Day Shift)

$2.00 weekend shift differential (Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Night Shift in addition to shift differential)

```Duties```
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing staff
- Provide guidance and support to the nursing team
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

```Qualifications```
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
