WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a new Optometry Patient Service Representative (PSR) at Katy Trail Community Health, you will be the friendly face welcoming patients and guiding them through their eye care experience. Your daily responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with insurance verification. Engage with patients by answering questions and addressing concerns, ensuring they feel valued and informed. Prepare for a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts and Saturdays to accommodate patient needs.
