Multimedia Designer
Summary
The Southwest Strategies Group is seeking a full-time Multimedia Designer to join our team. The Multimedia Designer provides in-depth support to SWS Group clients by designing, creating, and managing compelling content across various platforms to inform and engage the public. We are seeking an individual who is ready to contribute to the evolution of visual design strategies with creative ideas and approaches.

Position and Location :
Roles hired in San Diego operate on a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days onsite in the San Diego Headquarters. Roles outside of San Diego are primarily remote with varying expectations of visits to satellite offices and clients. This role will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
Salary Range : $68,000-$78,000 (dependent on experience). This is an exempt (salary) position.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities :
- Contributes to evolution of visual design strategy with creative ideas and approaches
- Maintains knowledge of emerging trends and technologies to ensure that work is leading edge and up to date
- Assists account staff and clients on the development of creative briefs
- Maintains brand guidelines and style to ensure consistency and compliance
- Adheres to ADA-compliant web, digital, and print design
- Meets provided deadlines and budgets
- Additional duties as assigned
