For nearly 20 years, we've been roasting exceptional coffee and delivering top-notch service to customers across Texas. As a small, close-knit team working in a high-energy environment, we take pride in what we do—and we’re selective about who joins us.
What You’ll Do:
- Grind, flavor, and package coffee in a variety of formats, tailored to customer orders.
- Pick coffee and related items to fulfill invoices accurately.
- Master our blends, grind specifications, and customer order requirements.
- Operate production equipment to produce and package orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
What We’re Looking for in You:
- A genuine desire to learn more about coffee, including roasting, brewing techniques, flavor formulation, blending, and packaging.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid verbal communication and basic math skills.
- The physical ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8–10 hours daily.
- Above all, a passion for coffee and the enthusiasm to grow with us.
